Symantec is performing a scheduled system database upgrade for EU CASB Cloud beginning August 9, 2019, starting at 18:00 UTC, for a duration of 5 hours.

During the maintenance period, customers may experience intermittent delays in portal access.

Required Action
Please do not sign up new tenants, drop tenants or alter the subscriptions during the maintenance schedule.
